Payment & Refund Policy — Elite Visa Solution

All service fees are non-refundable once work begins on your visa application.

Service Fees

We may collect the following information when you use our services:
  • Our service fees cover document review, guidance, cover letter preparation, itinerary planning, and application support.
  • Fees are payable based on the selected service option (Normal or Premium).
  • Once we begin working on your documents, service fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Embassy, consulate, and VFS/visa centre fees are not included in our service fees and must be paid separately by clients.

Premium Service Payment Terms(only for schnegne visa)

  • A small assessment fee, appointment fee is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due within 24–48 hours after visa approval.
  • Non-payment of the remaining balance may affect eligibility for future services.

Visa Refusal Policy

  • Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and authorities; therefore, no refunds are issued in the event of a refusal.
  • Our Normal Service includes one free second submission support (service fee only) if the first application is refused.

Payment Methods

  • Payments accepted via bank transfer, Wise,Revolute and other secure methods.
  • All payments are processed in GBP, EUR or USD.
  • Invoices are available upon request.
